Add support for VS Code with GCC and the Microsoft C/C++ Extension

For my Getting Started with C course, I'd like support for VS Code with GCC as the compiler, and the Microsoft C/C++ Extension for VS Code. So far I have temporarily used the simple C++/GCC stack.

Thanks for the submission! Improved support for our VSCode-like tool is planned, but at this time we don't have a firm timeline for its release.
